At Gofatbike, we want to make purchasing your pedelec as easy and pleasant as possible. That’s why we deliver your order quickly, reliably, and always free of charge to your home. On this page, you will find all the important information about shipping and delivery.
Free Shipping – Always and with No Minimum Order Value
Shipping within Germany is always free of charge (no shipping costs) – with no minimum order value. You will not incur any additional shipping costs, regardless of the value of your order.
Shipping with DHL
We ship your order with DHL. As soon as your shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number by email. This allows you to conveniently track the status of your delivery online at any time.
Delivery Time
Delivery takes place within the delivery time specified on the respective product page after receipt of your order. Please note that these are usual delivery times; in individual cases, delivery may vary slightly.
Delivery Area
We deliver within Germany. Your pedelec will be shipped as bulky goods and delivered free to the curbside or up to your front door.
Returns & Cancellation
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The initial shipment is free for you; you as the customer bear the cost of return shipping. For bulky goods (e-bike, not suitable for parcel shipping), the estimated return shipping costs are approximately €100.
