Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your new E-Bike does not meet your expectations, you naturally have a statutory right of withdrawal. Return Shipping Costs

Delivery to you is always free of charge. For returns, the statutory regulation applies:

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For non-parcelable bulky goods (E-Bikes), these are estimated at approximately €100.

We want to be transparent about this point in advance so you can make an informed decision. E-Bikes are not parcel-shippable due to their size and weight and must be returned via freight. The mentioned approx. €100 is an estimate; actual costs may vary depending on region and freight company.

How Easy the Return Process Is

• 1. Declare withdrawal: Notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days – by email at support@gofatbike.de or by phone at +49 800 0010271. You can also use the sample withdrawal form below.
• 2. Organize pickup: Since E-Bikes are bulky goods, we are happy to help you arrange pickup by a freight company. Just contact our customer service.
• 3. Return the goods: Please return the goods preferably in the original packaging and complete.
• 4. Get your money back: After receiving your withdrawal declaration, we will refund all payments within 14 days.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For non-parcelable bulky goods (E-Bikes), these are estimated at approximately €100.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
