Found the exact same fatbike, folding bike or e-bike cheaper at an official retailer? Let us know before you order. If the other shop meets the conditions below, we'll match the price. That way you never overpay with us, and you still buy safely.

How it works

  • Send us a message before your order via the WhatsApp button at the bottom of this page.
  • Share the link to the product and a screenshot showing the price, the stock and the URL.
  • We check that the offer is correct and that the shop meets all the conditions.
  • All good? Then we match the price and you get a personal go-ahead from us to order.

Conditions

The price guarantee only applies if all of the points below are met:

  • Before your order. You report the lower offer to us before you order. Already ordered? In that case we can no longer adjust or refund the price afterwards.
  • Official retailer. The other shop is an official, authorised retailer of the brand with its own webshop. No marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Kaufland or AliExpress, no private sellers and no auction, flash-sale or members-only offers.
  • At least 100 reviews. The shop has at least 100 reviews on Trustpilot or Trusted Shops. That way you know for sure it's a real, active shop.
  • Exactly the same product. Same brand, model, version, colour and specifications. New, so no second-hand, refurbished, display or demo model.
  • In stock. The product is in stock at the other shop and directly available to order and deliver.
  • The total price counts. We compare the total price including VAT and shipping to your country, not just the price tag.
  • Verifiable offer. The offer is online at the time of your request and verifiable by us via a working link or a clear screenshot.
  • Delivers to your country. The other shop delivers the product to the same country where you order with us.

What the price guarantee does not cover

  • Marketplaces and platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, AliExpress and Temu.
  • Second-hand, refurbished, display, demo or B-stock products.
  • Auction, group-buy, flash-sale or members-only prices.
  • Obvious pricing errors or typos at the other shop.
  • Prices that only apply with a discount code, cashback, loyalty scheme, bundle or gift.
  • Business prices, staff, student or other group discounts.
  • Our own promotions and discount codes cannot be combined with the price guarantee.

Watch out for extremely low prices

A price that seems too good to be true usually is. With unknown or foreign sellers you risk grey imports without valid warranty, counterfeits, no service, or a shop that disappears after your payment. That's why our condition is clear: an official retailer with at least 100 reviews on Trustpilot or Trusted Shops. If a shop doesn't meet that, that's exactly the reason not to order there.
