Returning an Order (Netherlands)
Is the product you ordered not quite what you expected? That can always happen! At Gofatbike.nl, you have the option to return an order within 30 days of receiving the package, and the amount will be promptly refunded to your account. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We only reimburse the cost of the item. You are responsible for the return shipment. Depending on the product, you can send it back to us via PostNL or a transport company. These costs vary per product.
Return Procedure
- send the products (if reasonably possible) back in their original condition and undamaged in the original box;
- make sure the current sticker is unreadable and attach the return sticker to the box;

Received the wrong or damaged item?
We process your order with great care, but mistakes can happen. If you received an item you did not order or if there is an issue with the item, please contact our customer service at info@gofatbike.rengelmedia.nl before returning the item. We will of course resolve it properly for you.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount including shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; please check the exact rates on your carrier’s website.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the seller with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged when returning.
To exercise this right, you can contact us at UWEMAIL@uwwinkel.nl. We will then refund the owed order amount within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has been received in good condition.
