Shipping and Delivery
Shipping within Germany is always free of charge (no shipping costs) – with no minimum order value. We ship with DHL, and you will receive your tracking information conveniently by email. Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days.
Returns and Cancellation
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The initial shipping is free for you; return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please note: For bulky goods (e.g., an E-Bike that cannot be shipped by parcel), estimated return shipping costs are about €100. Of course, our service team will assist you with the return process.
