Sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing info@gofatbike.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, you can register your dispute for mediation through WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. 

It is also possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union’s platform.
